Prospect Child & Family Center is approved as a provider of Early Intervention Services and is under contract with the counties to provide Early Intervention services. Eligibility for Early Intervention services can be determined only by state approved evaluators. If a child is found eligible, all needed services are identified in collaboration with the parent and must be authorized by the county. The county will then arrange for service providers to deliver authorized services.
Children can receive services at the Center through integrated group experiences, at home, or in other settings where children under age three are typically found. A major component of the Early Intervention Program includes empowering the family with information and training so they can effectively advocate for their child.
